Refund Policy as applied to Merchandise

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on goods sold unles the item is faulty or doesn't match the description on the website. In the event of a faulty or misrepresented item, goods should be returned to PO BOX 1096, Frisco, TX 75034 and a full refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Alternatively, at the customer's request, store credit may be granted in the form of a gift certificate.  

FRISCO GRIFFINS RUGBY CLUB does not allow for the refund of membership purchases unless there are exceptional circumstances. Where exceptional circumstances can be shown to exist, the pro rata amount of the membership fee not exceeding 6 months may be refunded at the discretion of the Committee. Refund of membership fees shall incur an administration fee of $10.00 which shall automatically be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

A member may apply for a refund in the case of financial hardship or due to a change in personal circumstances.

Overpayment Refund

Where an error has been made by FRISCO GRIFFINS RUGBY CLUB or a banking facility which results in an overpayment being made, the Committee may, in consultation with the member, refund by either a credit of the overpayment to the membership, or alternatively by check for the full amount of the overpayment. Checks will be sent within 30 days to the member's on file address. Where a member is responsible for the overpayment, the amount will be credited to the membership.

Terms and Conditions of FRISCO GRIFFINS RUGBY CLUB Membership

FRISCO GRIFFINS RUGBY CLUB policy only allows services to be provided to members in good standing. If a member fails to pay their membership dues within one (1) month of the due date, the member will not be entitled to the privileges of FRISCO GRIFFINS RUGBY CLUB membership. Membership in FRISCO GRIFFINS RUGBY CLUB can be re-instated on payment of the dues. If an individual's membership is not in good standing they may not claim to be a member of the FRISCO GRIFFINS RUGBY CLUB.

Transfer of FRISCO GRIFFINS RUGBY CLUB Membership

Memberships are not transferable.

Additional Costs incurred during the processing of Membership Dues

The member will be responsible for all unexpected costs incurred by FRISCO GRIFFINS RUGBY CLUB incurred in the processing of membership fees. Such costs include (but are not limited to) returned check fees or bank charges made as a result of insufficient funds or accounts having been closed.
